摘要
为提前发现设备潜在失效因素,以合理安排机舱设备维护保养,提出将灰色关联分析方法用于评估船舶系统设备的健康运行状态。采用该方法将评估指标参数所建立的待测状态数据列与理想状态数据列进行邓氏关联度计算,并根据关联度的大小去判断系统设备偏离健康状态的程度。通过实船高温淡水系统2组实际运行数据对该评估模型的可行性进行验证。计算结果显示2组测试数据中正常状态数据列与理想状态数据列的关联度0.953大于故障状态数据列与理想状态数据列的关联度0.724,与实际情况相符。表明灰色关联分析模型适用于评估船舶高温淡水系统的健康状态,在船舶系统设备状态评估方面具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to find out the potential failure factors of the equipment in advance and arrange the maintenance of the engine room equipment reasonably,the grey correlation analysis method is put forward to evaluate the healthy operation state of the ship system equipment.This method is used to calculate the correlation degree between the measured state data column and the ideal state data column established by the evaluation index parameters,and judge the degree of deviation from the healthy state of the system equipment according to the correlation degree.The feasibility of the evaluation model is verified by the actual operation data of two groups of marine high temperature fresh water system.Calculation results:the correlation degree of 0.953 between the normal state data column and the ideal state data column in the two groups of test data is larger than 0.724 between the fault state data column and the ideal state data column,which is consistent with the actual situation.The results show that the grey correlation analysis model is suitable for evaluating the health status of marine high temperature fresh water system and has certain practical application value in the condition evaluation of ship system equipment.
