摘要
江西名医龚廷贤(1522年—1619年),字子才,一生行医70余载,医学理论渊博,善于著书立说。《小儿推拿秘旨》融会了龚廷贤丰富的临床经验与独到的医学见解。此书详细记载了小儿疾病的推拿治疗方法,尤其在治疗小儿脾虚便秘方面,论述系统、治疗思路新颖,相关理念和方法至今仍然被广泛借鉴和应用。脾虚便秘为儿科常见疾病之一,其治疗不仅是消除病状,更关乎儿童生长发育的整体健康。因此深入剖析《小儿推拿秘旨》中有关脾虚便秘的治疗方案,对于提升当前儿科学治疗水平具有重要的现实意义。
Gong Tingxian(1522—1619),a famous doctor in Jiangxi Province,styled Zicai,practiced medicine for more than 70 years in his life.He had profound medical theories and was good at writing and expounding his academic ideas.The Xiaoer Tuina Mizhi integrates Gong Tingxian’s rich clinical experience and unique medical insights.This book detailed the tuina treatment methods for pediatric diseases.Especially in the treatment of infantile spleen deficiency constipation,it presented systematic discussions and innovative therapeutic ideas,and the relevant concepts and methods are still widely referenced and applied to this day.Spleen deficiency constipation is one of the common diseases in pediatrics.Its treatment not only aims to eliminate symptoms,but also relates to the overall health of children’s growth and development.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the treatment plans for spleen deficiency constipation in Xiaoer Tuina Mizhi has important practical significance for improving the current treatment level in pediatrics.
