仪器分析课程“产教融合”项目化教学模式设计——以“高效液相色谱法”教学节段为例

Design of Project-Based Teaching Mode for“Industry-Education Integration”in Instrumental Analysis Course—A Case Study of the Teaching Section of“High Performance Liquid Chromatography”

摘要 仪器分析课程的传统教学模式面临诸多挑战,如:理论与实践脱节,学生学习兴趣不足以及动手能力培养不够;教学内容与企业实际需求存在差距;实验设备投入大、数量少且更新缓慢等问题,难以满足教学需求。为解决上述问题,我校通过多年的探索和实践,构建仪器分析课程“产教融合”项目化教学模式。依托校企合作企业,将教学过程与生产内容相结合,建立校企共同育人机制;以实际检测项目为载体,以任务驱动为核心,以检测过程、检测报告、实际问题解决能力、团队精神及工匠精神等作为考核指标,建立学校教师和企业导师综合考核体系。“产教融合”项目化教学模式能够持续激发学生的内在学习动力,提高其学习兴趣和解决实际问题的能力,从而增强学生的就业竞争力,毕业生中从事检测岗位的人数逐年增加。同时,在“产教融合”项目化教学过程中,教师的教学能力和实践水平也得到显著提升,双师型教师比例由30%提高至80%。仪器分析课程“产教融合”项目化教学模式有效地解决了传统教学模式所面临的问题,不仅显著提升了学生培养质量,也增强了教师的实践教学能力,因此值得在仪器分析教学中推广应用。 The traditional teaching mode of the instrumental analysis course is confronted with numerous challenges.For example:It has the disconnection between theory and practice,insufficient student interest in learning,and inadequate cultivation of practical skills;There is a gap between the teaching content and the actual demands of enterprises;The investment in experimental equipment is large,the quantity is small,and the update is slow,which makes it difficult to meet the teaching requirements.To address these issues,through years of exploration and practice,we have developed a project-based teaching model centered on“industry-education integration”for the instrument analysis course.We rely on school enterprise cooperation enterprises,combining the teaching process with production content,establish a joint education mechanism between schools and enterprises,and establish a comprehensive assessment system for school teachers,enterprise mentors,based on actual testing projects as carriers,task driven as the core,and assessment indicators such as testing process,testing reports,practical problem-solving ability,team spirit,and craftsmanship spirit.The project-based teaching mode of“integration of production and teaching”can continuously stimulate students’internal learning motivation,improve their learning interest and ability to solve practical problems,and thus enhance their employment competitiveness.The number of graduates engaged in testing positions has been increasing year by year.At the same time,in the project-based teaching process of“industry education integration”,the teaching ability and practical level of teachers have also been significantly improved,and the proportion of dual teacher teachers has increased from 30%to 80%.The project-based teaching model of“industry-education integration”implemented in the instrument analysis course effectively addresses challenges associated with traditional pedagogical approaches.It not only significantly enhances student training quality,but also improves teachers’practical instructional abilities.Therefore,this model merits promotion and application within instrument analysis education.
