产教融合视域下“食品试验设计与数据分析”课程教学改革探索

Exploration of Teaching Reform of the“Food Experiment Design and Data Analysis”Course from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要 在产教融合政策推动下,食品行业对复合型人才需求升级,而高职院校“食品试验设计与数据分析”课程存在教学内容脱离生产实际、实践环节薄弱、评价体系单一等问题,导致学生难以适应企业需求,因而,亟需通过课程改革,提高学生的专业水平和综合能力,以实现人才培养与产业需求的无缝对接。我校通过课程内容重构(依据岗位需求设计五大模块——基础理论、试验设计、数据分析、综合实践、创新拓展)、教学模式创新(实施“双导师制”,企业导师讲授实战案例,结合虚拟仿真平台模拟实验流程,强化数据分析实战能力)、实践平台共建(校企共建产教融合工作站,共享生产数据与实验室资源,双向考核机制将企业项目成果纳入学分,提升学生应用能力)对“食品试验设计与数据分析”课程进行改革探索。实施教学改革后成效较为显著:学生实践考核成绩提升20%,80%的试验方案达到企业标准,企业反馈学生方案降低生产成本10%,毕业生专业对口率明显提升,显著增强人才岗位适应性。未来,需进一步深化产教融合,构建跨区域教学联盟、开发AI数据分析工具,完善教师企业实践激励机制,培养适应食品行业数字化发展的新型人才。 Under the promotion of the integration policy of production and education,the demand for compound talents in the food industry is upgraded.However,there are some problems in the course of“Food Experiment Design and Data Analysis”in higher vocational colleges,such as teaching content separated from production practice,weak practical links,and single evaluation system,which makes it difficult for students to adapt to the needs of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to improve students’professional level and comprehensive ability through curriculum reform,and to achieve a seamless connection between talent cultivation and industrial demands.Through the reconstruction of course content(design five modules according to job requirements——basic theory,experimental design,data analysis,comprehensive practice,innovation and expansion),the innovation of teaching mode(implementation of“double tutorial system”,enterprise tutors teach actual cases,combined with virtual simulation platform to simulate the experimental process,strengthen the actual ability of data analysis),and the co-construction of practice platform(school-enterprise co-construction of production and teaching integration workstation,sharing production data and laboratory resources,two-way assessment mechanism to incorporate enterprise project results into credits,improve students’application ability),we reform and explore the course of food experiment design and data analysis.The achievements have been relatively remarkable after the implementation of teaching reform.Students’practical assessment scores have increased by 20%,80%of the experimental plans have met the enterprise standards,enterprises have reported that students’plans have reduced production costs by 10%,the rate of graduates’professional matching has significantly increased,and the adaptability of talents to positions has been significantly enhanced.In the future,it is necessary to further deepen the integration of industry and education,to build cross-regional teaching alliances,to develop AI data analysis tools,to improve the incentive mechanism for teachers’enterprise practice,and to cultivate new types of talents that can adapt to the digital development of the food industry.
