摘要
本文以新一轮太湖治理目标任务为工作背景,重点聚焦源头控制。以常州市某工业污水排放控制区为例,对控制区范围内的入河排污口、雨水管网设施以及工业企业进行全面细致的排查。基于溯源排查成果,讨论分析控制区存在的主要问题,并提出相应的建议和对策。
This paper takes the objectives and tasks of the new round of Taihu Lake management as the working background,focusing on source control.Taking an industrial sewage discharge control area in Changzhou as an example,a comprehensive and detailed pollution source tracing investigation is conducted on the river discharge outlets,rainwater pipe networks,and industrial enterprises.Based on the findings from the tracing investigation,the paper analyzes the main issues and proposes some corresponding recommendations and countermeasures.
