摘要
本文围绕土壤与地下水污染防治的环境管理展开深入探讨。通过剖析土壤与地下水在生态系统中的关键地位、当前污染现状及其危害,阐述环境管理的重要性。同时,从管理体系、监管机制、技术支撑以及公众参与等方面梳理现状,深入分析体制不完善、监管不力、技术落后和公众参与度低等问题。此外,还针对性提出完善管理体制、加强监管力度等改进策略,从而为提升我国污染防治水平、推动生态环境可持续发展提供有益参考。
This article explores in depth the environmental management of soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control.By analyzing the critical role of soil and groundwater in the ecosystem,the current pollution situation and its hazards,the importance of environmental management is elaborated.At the same time,the current situation was sorted out from the aspects of management system,regulatory mechanism,technical support,and public participation,and the problems of imperfect system,ineffective supervision,outdated technology,and low public participation were analyzed in depth.Furthermore,targeted improvement strategies such as improving the management system and strengthening supervision are proposed to provide useful references for enhancing China’s pollution prevention and control level and promoting sustainable development of the ecological environment.
