污染源自动监控设施在大气VOCs排放监管中的应用与优化策略分析

Analysis of the Application and Optimization Strategies of Automatic Pollution Source Monitoring Facilities in the Supervision of Atmospheric VOCs Emissions

摘要 大气VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)是导致臭氧和PM2.5污染的重要前体物,长期超标排放对环境和人体健康构成威胁。污染源自动监控设施(CEMS)可实现VOCs实时监测,提高监管精度,已广泛应用于石化、化工等重点行业。然而,现有监测系统在测量精度、数据稳定性、远程维护及数据管理方面仍存在不足,影响监测数据的可靠性和环境执法的有效性。针对这些问题,优化传感技术、提升数据智能化分析能力、强化远程运维,并构建区域协同监测体系,是提升VOCs监控水平的关键路径。通过技术创新和管理优化,可进一步提高污染排放监测的精准度,为大气污染治理提供更有力的技术支撑。 Atmospheric volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are key precursors to O3 and PM2.5 pollution,and their long-term excessive emissions pose a threat to the environment and human health.Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems(CEMS)enable real-time VOCs monitoring,enhancing regulatory accuracy and are widely applied in key industries such as petrochemicals and chemicals.However,existing monitoring systems still have limitations in measurement accuracy,data stability,remote maintenance,and data management,affecting the reliability of monitoring data and the effectiveness of environmental law enforcement.To address these issues,optimizing sensor technology,enhancing intelligent data analysis,strengthening remote operation and maintenance,and establishing a regional collaborative monitoring system are key pathways to improving VOCs monitoring levels.Through technological innovation and management optimization,the accuracy of pollution emission monitoring can be further improved,providing stronger technical support for atmospheric pollution control.
