摘要
随着工业的快速发展,重金属污染问题日益严重,对环境质量和人类健康构成了巨大威胁。因此,准确、快速地监测环境中的重金属元素含量显得尤为重要。本文综述了当前环境监测中常用的重金属元素分析方法,包括免疫分析法、酶抑制法、色谱分析法、光学分析法、电化学法以及仪器联用法等,并探讨了各种方法的优缺点及适用范围。通过对这些方法的比较和分析,旨在为环境监测工作提供科学依据和技术支持,从而更好地应对重金属污染问题。
With the rapid development of industrialization,the problem of heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more serious,which poses a huge threat to environmental quality and human health.Therefore,it is important to accurately and quickly monitor the content of heavy metal elements in the environment.In this paper,the commonly used methods for the analysis of heavy metal elements in environmental monitoring are reviewed,including immunoassay,enzyme inhibition,chromatography,optical analysis,electrochemistry and instrumentation,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method and its scope of application are discussed.Through the comparison and analysis of these methods,it aims to provide scientific basis and technical support for environmental monitoring to better deal with the problem of heavy metal pollution.
