轻质隔墙板粘接砂浆的制备及应用

摘要 轻质隔墙板具有节能环保、施工工期短等优势,已被广泛应用于建筑工程中。本次研究通过使用磷石膏、水泥作为胶凝材料,70-90钼的石英砂、玻化微珠为骨料,辅以高性能添加剂制备出满足T/CECS 907-2021《轻质隔墙板技术规程》要求的ALC轻质隔墙板粘接砂浆配方。并通过配比优化,使砂浆达到质量轻、无裂缝的特点,结合工程实例,进一步推广使用该粘接砂浆,以此达到提高施工质量、延长使用寿命、降低建筑自重的目的。 Lightweight partition boards have the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and short construction period,and have been widely used in construction projects.This study used phosphogypsum and cement as the binding material,70-90 mesh quartz sand and vitrified microbeads as the aggregate,and high-performance addi‐tives to prepare an ALC lightweight partition board bonding mortar formula that meets the requirements of T/CECS 907-2021"Technical Specification for Lightweight Partition Board".Through the optimization of the formula,the mortar achieves the characteristics of lightweight and no crack.By taking an engineering example as a reference,this study further promoted the use of the bonding mortar to achieve the goal of improving construction quality,extend‐ing service life,and reducing building weight.
