摘要
在现代铅锌选矿厂中,实现生产过程的自动化控制是提高生产效率和降低成本的关键。本文探讨了基于PCS7系统的自动化控制策略,通过对铅锌选矿工艺流程的分析,设计并实现了一套高效的自动化控制系统。结果表明,该系统提高了选矿效率,并降低了能耗,具有较高的实用价值和推广前景。
In modern lead-zinc beneficiation plants,achieving automation control of the production process is the key to improving production efficiency and reducing costs.This article explores the automation control strategy based on PCS7 system,and designs and implements an efficient automation control system through analysis of the lead-zinc beneficiation process flow.The results indicate that the system has improved mineral processing efficiency and reduced energy consumption,and has high practical value and promotion prospects.
