摘要
分析和总结了五轴联动控制系统在复杂曲面激光切割加工时,使用传统的Z轴跟随调高控制方法会引入切割位置偏差。从而提出根据激光束方向矢量进行向量跟随调高的控制方法,解决由于高度跟随产生位置偏差的问题。通过实验验证,使用电容传感器反馈跟随高度,应用向量跟随控制方法,在合适的PID参数下,实现了准确度高、响应快速的跟随控制。通过切割效果对比,分析其对切割精度及效果的影响,为实际五轴联动激光切割的跟随调高控制提供新的解决思路。
This paper analyzes the deviation of the cutting position when using the traditional Z-axis follow-up height control method in the laser cutting of complex curved surfaces with a five-axis linkage control system.Therefore,a control method for vector following height adjustment according to the direction vector of the laser beam is proposed to solve the problem of position deviation due to height following.The capacitive sensor feedback following height is used,and the vector following control method is applied to achieve high accuracy and fast response following control under appropriate PID parameters.Through the comparison of cutting effects,the influence of cutting on cutting accuracy and effect is analyzed,which provides a new solution for the follow-up height control of actual five-axis linkage laser cutting.
