摘要
针对概率论与数理统计课程教学中长期存在的“与专业育人脱节、与课程育人脱钩、与实践育人脱轨”等痛点问题,坚持“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念,重构“分阶、分层、分类”的教学内容,融合专业育人;重塑信息化、耦合式、参与性教学过程,体现课程交叉融合与实践育人;重汇三入主线思政体系,体现课程育人;重建“立体考核”评价体系,体现持续改进.四重创新举措,构建了师生学习共同体,有利于开展线上线下、课内课外深度融合的混合式教学.
This paper has addressed long-standing issues in the teaching of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics,specifically the“disconnection from professional education,detachment from curriculum-based moral cultivation,and deviation from practice-oriented pedagogy.”Guided by the principles of student-centeredness,outcome orientation,and continuous improvement,the following innovative measures have been implemented.Firstly,the instructional content has been restructured into“phased,stratified,and categorized”modules to integrate professional education.Secondly,the teaching process has been redesigned with digitalization,coupling mechanisms,and participatory approaches to achieve interdisciplinary integration and practice-oriented education.ly,a three-dimensional ideological-political framework has been reconstructed to enhance curriculum-based moral cultivation.Finally,a comprehensive multi-evaluation system has been established to demonstrate continuous improvement.These innovative measures have fostered a teacher-student learning community,facilitating the implementation of blended learning that deeply integrates online and offline education as well as in-class and extracurricular activities.
