摘要
中国共产党建军精神是党在大革命失败到土地革命兴起时期,于探索独立领导中国革命战争和创建人民军队恢弘实践中,伴随党对人民军队绝对领导的根本原则和制度,在南昌起义中发端、三湾改编中奠基和古田会议中定型而发轫、发展和形成。建军精神的核心要义是中国共产党和人民军队关系的正确确立,是无产阶级先进政党的性质、宗旨、思想、作风、纪律等,对所创立的以农民和旧军人为主体的军队逐步浸润、影响、引导、教育、管束,继而实现绝对领导的结果。其间,古田会议批判了非无产阶级的各种错误思想,明确了红军建设的根本原则和制度,规定了红军的性质、宗旨和任务,重申了三湾改编以来党对红军实行绝对领导的原则,所通过的《中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会决议案》,奠定了新型人民军队的政治建军原则,强调了从思想上建党和从政治上建军的重要性,解决了在半殖民地半封建特殊国情中建党和建军的历史性难题,马列主义建党和建军原则以及军队政治工作方针、原则、制度得以确立,中国共产党建军精神在“思想建党、政治建军”的古田会议中形成。
the Chinese Communist Party's(CPC)army-founding spirit emerged,developed,and took shape during the period from the failure of the Great Revolution to the rise of the Agrarian Revolution.It was forged in the grand practice of the Party's exploration of independently leading China's revolutionary war and establishing a people's army,alongside the establishment of the fundamental principle and system of the Party's absolute leadership over the people's army.This spirit had its origins in the Nanchang Uprising,was laid down in the Sanwan Reorganization,and was finalized at the Gutian Conference.The core essence of the army-founding spirit lies in the correct establishment of the relationship between the CPC and the people's army.It is the outcome of the proletariat's advanced political party's nature,purpose,ideology,work style,and discipline gradually permeating,influencing,guiding,educating,and disciplining the army,which was primarily composed of peasants and former soldiers,thereby achieving absolute leadership.During this process,the Gutian Conference criticized various non-proletarian erroneous ideologies,clarified the fundamental principles and systems for the construction of the Red Army,stipulated its nature,purpose,and tasks,and reaffirmed the principle of the Party's absolute leadership over the Red Army since the Sanwan Reorganization.The Resolution of the Ninth Congress of the Fourth Army of the Chinese Communist Party's Red Army passed at the conference laid down the political army-founding principles for the new-type people's army,emphasized the importance of founding the Party ideologically and the army politically,and resolved the historical challenges of Party and army founding under the special national conditions of semi-colonial and semi-feudal China.The principles of Marxism-Leninism for Party and army founding,as well as the guidelines,principles,and systems for military political work,were thus established.The CPC's army-founding spirit took shape at the Gutian Conference,which advocated"founding the Party ideologically and the army politically."
