摘要
目的分析2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核患者的流行病学特征。方法收集2020年1月-2022年12月江西省萍乡市安源区疾病预防控制中心登记的818例肺结核病例资料,统计2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核的病例类型与登记情况,并对其流行病学特征进行分析,包括时间分布、性别、年龄分布、职业分布、户籍分布。结果2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核登记病例依次为297、283、238例,其发病量逐年递减,登记类型以新发病患者为主。流行病学调查显示,2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核分布呈季节性波动,春夏季高发,8月与3月病例数最多(10.88%、9.78%),2月最少(3.30%)。2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核男性病例数多于女性(P<0.05),高发年龄段为≥60岁(42.18%);高发职业为离退人员(29.46%),其次为农民(25.18%)、家务及待业者(24.69%);主要为本地户籍类型(94.62%)。结论2020-2022年江西省萍乡市安源区肺结核登记病例主要为新发病患者,其发病量逐年降低,春夏季高发,以男性、≥60岁、本地户籍人群最为常见,高发职业为离退人员、农民、家务及待业者。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province from 2020 to 2022.Methods The data of 818 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis registered by the Anyuan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.The types and registration of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Anyuan District,Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province from 2020 to 2022 were counted,and their epidemiological characteristics were analyzed,including time distribution,gender,age distribution,occupational distribution and household registration distribution.Results From 2020 to 2022,the registered cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Anyuan District,Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province were 297,283 and 238,respectively,the incidence decreased year by year,and the registration type was mainly new patients.Epidemiological survey showed that the distribution of pulmonary tuberculosis in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province from 2020 to 2022 showed seasonal fluctuations,with high incidence in spring and summer.The number of cases was the highest in August and March(10.88%,9.78%),and the lowest in February(3.30%).From 2020 to 2022,the number of male cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province was more than that of female cases(P<0.05),and the high-risk age group was≥60 years old(42.18%);the most common occupations were retirees(29.46%),followed by farmers(25.18%),housework and unemployed(24.69%);mainly for the local household registration type(94.62%).Conclusion From 2020 to 2022,the registered cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in Anyuan District of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province are mainly new cases,and the incidence is decreasing year by year.The incidence is high in spring and summer,and it is most common in males,≥60 years old,and local household registration.The high-risk occupations are retirees,farmers,housework and unemployed.
