摘要
目的分析社区护理对老年慢性病患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性收集2022年5月—2023年5月期间医院收治的84例老年慢性病患者资料,研究组(采用社区护理)42例,对照组患(采用常规护理)42例,比较生活质量、心理状态、认知功能、运动功能、自护水平与自我管理能力。结果两组患者护理前生活质量、心理状态、认知功能、运动功能、自护水平与自我管理能力均无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组护理后生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后心理状态、认知功能、运动功能、自护水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后自我管理能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理对老年慢性病患者生活质量、心理状态、认知功能、运动功能、自护水平与自我管理能力均有着积极影响。
Objective To analyze the impact of community nursing on the quality of life(QOL)of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods Data from 84 elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to the hospital between May 2022 and May 2023 were retrospectively collected.The study group(receiving community nursing)included 42 patients,and the control group(receiving conventional nursing)included 42 patients.The QOL,psychological state,cognitive function,motor function,self-care level,and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in QOL,psychological state,cognitive function,motor function,self-care level,and self-management ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the QOL of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state,cognitive function,motor function,and self-care level of the study group were superior to those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The self-management ability of the study group was also superior to that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing has a positive impact on the QOL,psychological state,cognitive function,motor function,self-care level,and self-management ability of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
