摘要
寄生虫学实验教学中标本保存面临诸多挑战,包括大体标本老化受损、蠕虫虫卵易变形或受损、原虫标本易褪色以及学生对标本的不珍惜等。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列应对措施,如保存环境控制、固定及染色技术改进、数字化保存、定期维护更新以及强化学生对标本的珍惜意识与责任。这些措施旨在提高标本的保存质量,延长其使用寿命,同时培养学生的科研素养和爱护标本的意识。
In parasitology experimental teaching,specimen preservation faces many challenges,including aging and damage of large specimens,easy deformation or damage of helminth eggs,easy fading of protozoan specimens,and students’lack of care for specimens.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures,such as preservation environment control,improvement of fixation and staining techniques,digital preservation,regular maintenance and update,and strengthening students’awareness and responsibility of cherishing specimens.These measures aim to improve the preservation quality of specimens,prolong their service life,and at the same time cultivate students’scientific research literacy and awareness of protecting specimens.
