基于PST理论的混合式教学在《外科护理学》的实践研究

摘要 目的基于PST理论构建《外科护理学》混合教学路径及探讨其应用效果。方法选取江西中医药大学科技学院2020级护理本科学生(以下简称护生)为研究对象,随机抽样将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组护生以传统讲授为主,试验组则采用基于PST理论的混合教学。试验结束后,对比两组学生的期末考试成绩和自学能力及批判性思维。结果试验组护生的平时成绩及期末成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;试验组护生的自主学习能力及评判性思维能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PST理论的混合教学有助于提升护生的自主学习能力和评判性思维,教学效果显著。 Objective To construct a blended teaching path for Surgical Nursing based on PST and explore its effects.Methods Selected the 2020 nursing undergraduate students from Nanchang Medical College(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group mainly received traditional teaching,the experimental group received mixed teaching based on PST.After the experiment,compared the final exam scores,self-learning ability,and critical thinking of the two groups,students.Results The experimental nursing students had higher daily and final grades than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of self-learning ability and critical thinking ability of the experimental nursing students were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended learning based on PST can improve the self-learning ability and critical thinking of nursing students,and the teaching effect is significant.
