摘要
目的探讨学生作为标准化病人(SP)的病例式教学法(CBL)在“器官系统为中心”的运动系统整合课程中的应用价值。方法选择2023年9月—2024年5月在重庆医科大学附属第一医院骨科参与运动系统整合课程实习的96名重庆医科大学本科生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为试验组(48人)和对照组(48人)。试验组采用“学生担任SP+CBL”教学模式,对照组采用传统CBL教学模式。4周教学结束后,进行理论考试和临床技能考核,采用无记名问卷调查师生满意度。结果试验组的临床技能考核总成绩高于对照组;病史询问和体格检查上,试验组成绩也高于对照组;与对照组相比,试验组学生对于教学的满意度在部分项目中更高。结论在运动系统整合课程教学中,应用学生担任SP的CBL教学法可提高学生的临床技能考核成绩和教学满意度,是一种值得推广的教学方法。
Objective To explore the application value of the Case-Based Learning(CBL)tapproach utilizing students as standardized patients(SP)in an organ-system-centered musculoskeletal integrated curriculum.Methods Ninety-six undergraduate students from Chongqing Medical University undergoing the musculoskeletal integrated curriculum clinical rotation in the Department of Orthopedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,between September 2023 and May 2024,were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=48)and a control group(n=48)using a random number table.The experimental group received the“student-as-SP+CBL”teaching model,while the control group received the traditional CBL teaching model.After 4 weeks of teaching,theoretical examinations and clinical skills assessments were conducted,and teaching satisfaction was evaluated using anonymous questionnaires.Results The total total clinical skills assessment score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The experimental group also achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in history taking and physical examination.Compared to the control group,students in the experimental group reported higher satisfaction in several aspects of the teaching.Conclusion In the musculoskeletal integrated curriculum,the application of the CBL teaching method with students acting as SP can improve students’clinical skills assessment scores and teaching satisfaction,representing as a teaching approach worth promoting.
