摘要
目的:探索在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)治疗中开展中医药穴位贴敷干预的效果。方法:选取2023年7月—2024年7月我院接受治疗的COPD患者80例,将其以随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规干预,实验组在常规干预基础上添加中医药穴位贴敷干预。比较两组中医证候积分、肺功能指标、睡眠质量、生活质量以及干预满意度。结果:干预后,实验组临床各症状积分低于对照组,肺功能、睡眠质量和生活质量改善效果均优于对照组,且干预满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD患者开展中医药穴位贴敷干预,可进一步提高患者的临床疾病控制效果,减轻患者的临床症状,改善肺功能水平,提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with COPD who were treated in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group added traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The TCM syndrome scores,lung function indexes,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of clinical symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the improvement effects of lung function,sleep quality and quality of life were better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing ofCOPD patients can further improve the clinical disease control effect of patients,reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the level of lung function,and improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients.
