As a fundamental computing infrastructure,high-performance computing(HPC)is a crucial component of a nation's comprehensive strength.China's HPC development has progressed from nonexistence to global presence,and from lagging behind to becoming a leader.The historical experience gained throughout this journey is worthy of careful review and reflection.
