植保新技术、新产品和新装备的创新与新疆农业高质量发展

摘要 【目的】通过系统梳理植保科技发展取得的新技术、新产品和新装备的主要成果和进展,全面刨析新疆农业高质量发展面临的植保问题,明确植保科技创新在推动新疆农业高质量发展中的作用和地位。【方法】基于文献调研和数据统计分析,总结植保新技术发展的最新进展,解析新疆植保科技存在的问题,阐明新疆农业高质量发展对植保科技创新发展的需求及其发展方向。【结果】植保新技术在环境友好型农药、新型生物防治、生态调控、理化诱控、免疫诱导、RNAi干扰、转基因抗病抗虫抗除草剂遗传资源挖掘应用及植保装备等多个领域取得了重要进展,在农业现代化发展中发挥了重要作用。新疆农业生产优势突出、潜力巨大,但是由于种种原因,新疆农业有害生物呈多发、频发态势,对新疆农业生产的高质量发展构成了严重威胁,植保科技创新及应用亟待加强。【结论】在吸收、运用和借鉴己有植保新技术、新产品和新装备的基础上,结合新疆农业生产特点和实际,通过植保新技术、新产品和新装备研究,构建新疆现代植保技术体系,最终实现高效、绿色、精准、智能化、标准化和低成本生产目标,助力新疆农业高质量发展。 【Objective】This study systematically reviews major achievements and advances in new technologies,products,and equipment derived from plant protection sci-tech development.Comprehensively analyzes plant protection challenges affecting high-quality agricultural development in Xinjiang,and clarifies the role and strategic significance of plant protection sci-tech innovation in driving this progress.【Methods】Based on literature research and statistical data analysis,this study summarizes the latest advancements in new plant protection technologies.Meanwhile,analyzes existing problems in plant protection science and technology in Xinjiang,and clarifies the demands and development directions for plant protection sci-tech innovation to support high-quality agricultural development in the region.【Results】Significant advancements have been achieved in multiple domains of new plant protection technologies,including environmentally friendly pesticides,novel biological control approaches,ecological regulation,physicochemical lure control,immune induction,RNA interference(RNAi),mining and application of transgenic genetic resources for disease and pest resistance,as well as innovations in plant protection equipment.These developments have played a critical role in driving agricultural modernization.Simultaneously,Xinjiang's agricultural production boasts prominent advantages and tremendous potential.However,due to various factors,harmful organisms have shown frequent and recurrent occurrences,posing serious threats to the high-quality development of local agriculture.Consequently,there is an urgent need to strengthen sci-tech innovation and application in plant protection.【Conclusion】Building upon the absorption,application,and adaptation of existing new plant protection technologies,products,and equipment-while integrating Xinjiang's distinctive agricultural conditions and practical realities-this initiative aims to establish a modern plant protection technology system through further research and development.Ultimately,it seeks to achieve efficient,green,precise,intelligent,standardized,and low-cost production objectives,thereby contributing to high-quality agricultural development in Xinjiang.
