摘要
【目的】探索植物酵素与化肥减施在叶菜类作物栽培中的应用潜力,分析其对白菜(Brassica chinensis)产量、品质及土壤生态环境的影响,推动资源节约型农业发展。【方法】以太阳白白菜为研究对象,采用随机区组设计,设置常规施肥(CK)、减施30%化肥+酵素6(T1)、减施30%化肥+酵素7(T2)3个处理组,每个组重复3次处理。测定白菜产量、生长性状、营养品质及土壤理化性质和微生态指标。【结果】T1组白菜产量达6.07 kg/m^(2),较CK组提高6.49%;可溶性糖和维生素C含量平均值较CK组分别提升56.94%和32.30%;土壤有机质和有效磷含量平均值较CK组分别提升5.27%和14.40%。T2组产量略升,但在提升放线菌数量和蛋白酶活性方面更突出。【结论】酵素6在化肥减施条件下协同提升了太阳白白菜的产量与品质,并改善了土壤生态环境。植物酵素与化肥减施协同施用可为叶菜类绿色种植提供理论依据,为农业废弃物资源化利用和生态农业发展提供实践参考。
【Objective】It is to explore the application potential of plant enzymes combined with reduced fertilizer input in leafy vegetable cultivation,and to analyze their effects on the yield,quality,and soil ecological environment of Chinese cabbage(Brassica chinensis),with the aim of promoting resource-efficient agricultural development.【Method】Using Taiyangbai Chinese cabbage as the research subject,a randomized block design was used with three treatments:conventional fertilization(CK),30%reduced fertilizer+enzyme 6(T1),and 30%reduced fertilizer+enzyme 7(T2),each with three replicates.Plant yield,growth traits,nutritional quality,soil physicochemical properties,and microbial indices were measured.【Result】The yield of T1 reached 6.07 kg/m^(2),a 6.49%increase over CK.Soluble s ugar and vitamin C contents increased by 56.94%and 32.30%,respectively.Soil organic matter and available phosphorus increased by 5.27%and 14.40%,respectively.Although yield improvement in T2 was limited,it significantly enhanced actinomycete abundance and protease activity.【Conclusion】Enzyme 6 effectively improved Chinese cabbage yield and quality under reduced fertilizer input while enhancing the soil ecological environment.The synergistic application of plant enzymes and reduced fertilizers provides theoretical support for green leafy vegetable production and practical reference for the resource utilization of agricultural waste and ecological agriculture development.
