摘要
随着文化交流日益频繁,文物在展厅与库房之间流动过程中的安全问题愈发重要。如意文物作为清宫旧藏中的特殊生活器具,其包装设计需确保文物在流通过程中免受外界伤害。针对如意文物包装制作周期长、需求量大、难度高等问题,设计一款外部使用无酸瓦楞纸板,内部材料选用发泡聚乙烯(EPE)的如意文物包装。利用模块化的设计方式,将内部结构分为五层,主要为配重、固定两大模块,以满足文物在包装中固定、平衡等需求。该包装能够通过调整长宽高尺寸以及更换配重块,适配不同尺寸形状的如意文物,解决了现阶段如意文物包装制作周期长的问题,实现了对如意文物的有效保护。
With the increasingly frequent cultural exchanges,the security of cultural relics in the process of flow between the exhibition hall and the warehouse becomes more and more important.Ruyi cultural relics are special living utensils in the old collection of the Qing Palace,and their packaging design needs to ensure that cultural relics are protected from external damage in the circulation process.In view of the problems of long production cycle,large demand and high difficulty of Ruyi cultural relic packaging,a Ruyi cultural relic packaging using acid-free corrugated cardboard outside and foamed-polyethylene(EPE)inside is designed.The use of modular design,the internal structure is divided into five layers,mainly for counterweight,fixed two modules,in order to meet the cultural relics in the packaging fixed,balanced and other needs.The packaging can adapt the Ruyi cultural relics of different sizes and shapes by adjusting the size of length,width and height and changing the counterweight,which solves the problem of long packaging production cycle of Ruyi cultural relics at the present stage and realizes the effective protection of Ruyi cultural relics.
