γ-氨基丁酸对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质和肌肉氨基酸代谢的影响

摘要 文章旨在探究γ-氨基丁酸对肉鸡生长性能、肉品质和肌肉氨基酸代谢的影响。试验将756羽1日粮健康雄性AA肉鸡[(41.85±1.26)g]随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复21羽,试验日粮分别添加0、40、80和160mg/kg的GABA,试验共42d。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加80和160mg/kg的GABA组肉鸡末重显著提高5.10%和7.58%(P<0.05),日增重显著提高5.20%和7.74%(P<0.05),采食量显著提高2.90%和4.24%(P<0.05),160mg/kg的GABA组料重比显著降低3.25%(P<0.05)。添加160mg/kg的GABA组腿肌pH24h、a*值显著提高(P<0.05),滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05),添加80和160mg/kg的GABA组腿肌L*值显著降低(P<0.05),b*值和粗蛋白质含量显著提高(P<0.05)。添加160mg/kg的GABA组肉鸡腿肌MyoD和PAX3、MyoG、IGF1R和MRF4的mRNA水平显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:GABA能提高肉鸡生长性能并改善其腿肌肉品质,本试验条件下,以160mg/kg添加量效果最佳。 To investigate the effects of gamma aminobutyric acid on the growth performance,meat quality,and muscle amino acid metabolism of broiler chickens.756 healthy male AA broiler chickens(41.85±1.26 g)were randomly divided into 4 groups,9 replicates/group,and 21 chickens/replicate.The diets were supplemented with 0,40,80,and 160 mg/kg GABA.The experiment lasted for 42 days.Compared to the control group,the final weight of broilers in the groups supplemented with 80 and 160 mg/kg of GABA was significantly increased by 5.10%and 7.58%(P<0.05),respectively.The daily weight gain was significantly increased by 5.20%and 7.74%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed intake was significantly increased by 2.90%and 4.24%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed-to-gain ratio in the 160 mg/kg GABA group was significantly reduced by 3.25%(P<0.05).The addition of 160 mg/kg GABA significantly increased pH and A after 24 hour(s P<0.05),and significantly reduced drip los(s P<0.05).The addition of 80 and 160 mg/kg GABA significantly decreased L(P<0.05),and significantly increased B and crude protein content(P<0.05).The mRNA levels of MyoD、PAX3、MyoG、IGF1R and MRF4 in the chicken leg muscles of the group treated with 160 mg/kg GABA were significantly increased(P<0.05)(Conclusion)GABA can improve the growth performance and leg muscle quality of broiler chickens.Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal dosage was 160 mg/kg.
