摘要
某污水处理厂原有处理规模为100000 m^(3)/d,采用改良AAO工艺,出水排放执行GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准。本次提标改造工程出水指标提升至GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准,在原处理工艺上新增“高效沉淀池-V型深床滤池”。提标改造后工艺平稳运行,出水COD、BOD、SS、TN、NH_(3)-N和TP的排放平均值分别达到37.99、7.98、7.50、5.22、0.53 mg/L和0.10 mg/L,出水水质稳定达标。运行结果表明,对于有提标改造需求的城镇污水处理厂,该工艺是切实可行的。
A sewage treatment plant original scale of 100,000 m^(3)/d,using improved AAO process,and the effluent reaches the first class B criteria in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).The upgrading project upgraded to the first class A criteria in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),in the original treatment process on the new“high-efficiency sedimentation tank+V-type deep-bed filter”.After upgrading the process of smooth operation,effluent COD,BOD,SS,TN,NH_(3)-N and TP discharge average values reached 37.99,7.98,7.50,5.22,0.53 mg/L and 0.10 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality is stable and up to standard.The operation results show that the process is practicable for urban wastewater treatment plants with the need for upgrading.
