不同基质配比对四翅滨藜穴盘育苗质量的影响

摘要 研究不同基质配比下四翅滨藜的生长情况,筛选出适合四翅滨育苗的较佳组合,从而为四翅滨藜穴盘育苗生产提供理论基础。选用商品基质、蛭石、锯末为原料基质,按照不同的体积比,设计9种不同的复合基质处理,以CK为对照,通过对基质理化性质及幼苗生长发育情况的研究,筛选出适合四翅滨藜穴盘育苗较佳的基质配比,为四翅滨藜育苗生产提高理论基础。结果表明:T4、T5、T6(蛭石∶锯末分别为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2)各项理化性质均在幼苗生长的适宜范围内,播种后出苗率较高,但幼苗质量表现一般。综合考虑幼苗的出苗率、形态指标、生理指标,T9(成品基质∶锯末=1∶2)表现较好,比较适宜作为四翅滨藜穴盘育苗的基质。 Study the growth of Atractylodes macrocephala under different substrate ratios,screen the optimal combination for Atractylodes macrocephala seedling cultivation,and provide a theoretical basis for Atractylodes macrocephala plug seedling production.Using commodity substrate,vermiculite,and sawdust as raw material substrates,9 different composite substrate treatments were designed according to different volume ratios,with CK as the control.Through the study of the physicochemical properties of the substrate and the growth and development of seedlings,the optimal substrate ratio suitable for the seedling cultivation of Atractylodes macrocephala was screened,providing a theoretical basis for the production of Atractylodes macrocephala seedling cultivation.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of T4,T5,and T6(vermiculite∶sawdust ratio of 2∶1,1∶1,1∶2,respectively)were within the suitable range for seedling growth.The emergence rate was high after sowing,but the seedling quality was average.Taking into account the emergence rate,morphological indicators,and physiological indicators of the seedlings,T9(finished substrate∶sawdust=1∶2)performs well and is more suitable as a substrate for the cultivation of Atractylodes macrocephala plug seedlings.
