摘要
港口是国际货物运输的关键枢纽,也是福建海洋强省建设的重要依托。随着全球港口竞争日益激烈,港口资源整合已成为实现福建省港口高质量发展的重要途径。系统梳理2000年以来福建省港口资源整合脉络与整合模式,分析港口竞争、港口转型、港口规划与政策以及港口企业发展战略对港口资源整合的驱动机制,剖析福建省港口资源整合面临的主要问题。最后,从港航服务集群、多式联运体系和港区协同发展角度探讨了福建省港口资源整合的优化路径。研究结果有助于深化对福建省港口资源整合规律的认识,为部门决策提供有益参考。
Ports serve as key hubs for international cargo transport and are integral to the development of Fujian as a maritime powerhouse.Amid intensifying global port competition,the integration of port resources has emerged as a key strategy for achieving high-quality development in Fujian's port sector.This study systematically reviewed the integration of port resources in Fujian Province since 2000.Driving mechanism of port competition,port transformation,port planning and policy,and port enterprise development strategy on port resource integration were also analyzed,as well as the main problems faced by the integration of port resources in Fujian Province.Finally,the optimization path of port resource integration in Fujian Province is examined from the perspectives of port and navigation service clusters,multimodal transport system and synergistic development of port areas.The findings offer valuable insights into the dynamics of port resource integration in Fujian and provide practical references for policy-making and strategic planning.
