直接稀释-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中36种元素

摘要 建立适用尿中锂(Li)、铁(Fe)、镉(Cd)、铈(Ce)等36种元素的直接稀释-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法。尿样平衡至室温后漩涡混匀,取1 mL样品用1%(V/V)硝酸溶液稀释至10 mL,漩涡提取后离心沉淀有机物,上清液经不连续进样、在线内标混合、同心雾化器雾化、电感耦合等离子体质谱氦碰撞模式下检测,内标法定量。36种元素在配制的标准曲线范围内线性良好,相关系数r>0.999,检出限在0.1~70μg/L之间,定量限在0.34~240μg/L之间。36种元素的平均回收率在90.0%~99.9%之间,相对标准偏差在0.12%~7.00%之间。本法操作简便、干扰小、灵敏度高、检测通量大,适合大样本人群尿中多元素的监测和中毒处置测定。 A direct dilution-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of 36 elements in urine,including lithium(Li),iron(Fe),cadmium(Cd),cerium(Ce),etc.After the urine sample was equilibrated to room temperature,it was vortex-mixed.1 mL of the sample was diluted to 10 mL with 1%(V/V)nitric acid solution.After vortex extraction,the organic matter was centrifuged and precipitated.The supernatant was detected under the helium collision mode of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry through discontinuous injection,online internal standard mixing and concentric nebulizer atomization,and quantified by the internal standard method.The 36 elements showed good linearity in the range of the prepared standard curve,with the correlation coefficient r>0.999.The detection limits were between 0.1μg/L and 70μg/L,and the quantitative limits were between 0.34μg/L and 240μg/L.The average recoveries of the 36 elements ranged from 90.0%to 99.9%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.12%and 7.00%.This method is simple to operate,with low interference,high sensitivity and large detection throughput,and is suitable for the monitoring of multiple elements in urine among large sample populations and the determination in poisoning disposal.
