外置双核心筒间多道转换桁架混合结构施工关键技术研究

摘要 以上海临港某办公塔楼工程为对象,开展了外置双核心筒间多道转换桁架混合结构施工关键技术研究,涉及基于数值模拟计算的外置双核心筒间多道转换桁架混合结构整体施工流程设计、转换桁架钢板“日”字形复杂截面焊接技术、转换桁架节点铰接变刚接转换技术。通过以上技术的应用,解决了塔楼结构施工工序复杂,桁架复杂截面焊接残余应力大,转换桁架节点在施工过程中弯矩大、难以释放等问题,同时,借助实时监测技术,有效保证了转换桁架多次加载、卸载下的施工安全。 Taking a high-rise office tower in Lianken,Shanghai as the object,key construction techniques for multi-level transfer trusses between outer dual core shafts are studied.The research includes overall construction process design of multi-level transfer trusses between dual core shafts based on numerical simulations,welding techniques for complex shaped steel sections of transfer trusses,and conversion techniques from pinned joints to rigid joints in truss nodes.Through the application of these techniques,complex construction sequences,large residual welding stresses from complex sections,and high bending moments in transfer truss joints during construction are addressed.With the implementation of real-time monitoring,construction safety is effectively ensured under multiple loading and unloading cycles.
