基于线上-线下混合教学模式在《微生物学检验技术》中的应用与评估

摘要 目的 线上平台提供了便捷的学习材料与交流空间,而线下课堂则着重于实验操作与师生互动,本研究旨在探讨线上-线下混合教学模式在《微生物学检验技术》课程中的应用,并对其教学效果进行评估。方法 以南京医科大学医学检验技术专业全日制本科生为研究对象,分为两组:实验组为2020至2022级共91名学生,采用线上线下混合教学模式;对照组为2017至2019级共99名学生,采用传统教学模式。通过问卷调查与考试相结合的方式,评估线上-线下混合教学模式的应用效果。结果 研究结果 显示,实验组理论和实验考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生反馈表明线上-线下混合教学模式学习灵活、资源丰富,但存在学习任务重、监督机制缺乏等问题。结论 线上-线下混合教学模式有效提升学生学习效果,但仍需优化,为医学检验技术专业教学改革提供了参考。 Objective Online education platforms provide convenient learning materials and communication channels,while offline classes focus on experimental operations and teacher-student interaction.This study explored and investigated the application of the online-offline blended teaching mode in the“Microbiological Testing Technology”course and evaluated its teaching effectiveness.Methods The study focused on full-time undergraduate students majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology at Nanjing Medical University.The selected students were divided into two groups:the experimental group consists of 91 students from the 2020 to 2022 grades,using a blended online and offline teaching mode;The control group consisted of 99 students from 2017 to 2019,who were taught using traditional teaching methods.We evaluated the application effect of blended online and offline teaching mode through a combination of questionnaire survey and theoretical examination.Results The results showed that the theoretical and experimental exam scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Students’feedback indicated that the blended learning model of online and offline provided flexible learning and abundant resources,but there were remaining issues such as heavy learning tasks and a lack of supervision mechanisms.Conclusion The online-offline blended teaching mode effectively improves students'learning outcomes but still needs further optimization.Our study provides a useful reference for the teaching reform of medical laboratory technology majors.
