我国省级水运货运效率及其影响因素分析

摘要 根据2013—2022年我国24个省市的水运行业数据,利用SFA模型探究了我国不同区域的水运效率及其影响因素。研究结果表明:航道长度、贸易依赖性、经济发展对水运效率均具有积极作用,而工资水平、产业结构则具有消极作用。水运效率空间差异明显,其中东部地区水平较高,中部地区水平较低,西部地区呈下降趋势。基于上述研究结果,提出了优化水域航道建设,完善基础服务设施;加大区域对外开放,促进多式联运发展;立足区域资源优势,推动特色水运建设等改进措施。该研究结果可为我国提升不同区域的水运效率提供了决策依据。 Based on the water transport industry data from 24 provinces and cities in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper explores the water transport efficiency and its influencing factors in different regions of China using the Stochastic Frontier Analysis(SFA)model.The research results indicate that waterway length,trade dependence,and economic development have positive effects on water transport efficiency,while wage levels and industrial structure have negative effects.There are significant spatial differences in water transport efficiency,with higher levels observed in the eastern region,lower levels in the central region,and a declining trend in the western region.Based on these findings,the paper proposes several improvement measures,including optimizing the construction of waterways and improving basic service facilities;increasing regional opening-up and promoting the development of multi-modal transport;leveraging regional resource advantages to promote specialized water transport construction.The research results provide a decision-making basis for enhancing water transport efficiency in different regions of China.
