盾构掘进参数对刀具磨损的影响规律与预测模型研究

摘要 为探究盾构掘进参数对刀具磨损的影响规律,本研究利用离散元仿真软件EDEM对盾构掘进过程中刀盘刀具的磨损现象进行了数值模拟仿真分析,基于分析结果建立了刀具磨损预测模型,并将模型预测值与工程实测数据进行了对比验证。结果表明:基于掘进速度、刀盘转速和土仓压力3个关键掘进参数的刀具磨损离散元预测模型具有较高的适用性和准确性;砂卵石地层合理的掘进参数是掘进速度为25~35 mm/min、刀盘转速为1.2~1.5 rpm、贯入度为12~17 mm/r、土仓压为力60~80 kPa、推力为28 000~30 000 kN。 To investigate the impact of shield tunneling parameters on tool wear,this study utilized the discrete element simulation software EDEM to conduct numerical simulations of the wear phenomena of the cutterhead tools during shield tunneling.Based on the simulation results,a tool wear prediction model was established.The predicted values from the model were compared and validated against actual engineering measurement data.The results indicate that the prediction model for tool wear,based on three key tunneling parameters—tunneling speed,cutterhead rotation speed,and soil chamber pressure—demonstrates high applicability and accuracy.Furthermore,reasonable tunneling parameters settings for sand-pebble strata were proposed:tunneling speed should be controlled within 25-35 mm/min;cutterhead rotation speed should be maintained at 1.2-1.5 rpm;penetration rate should generally be kept between 12-17 mm·r-1;soil chamber pressure should range from 60-80 kPa;and thrust should be set between 28000-30000 kN.
