摘要
本研究于2022-03至2024-05对城关区、安宁区、七里河区和西固区开展系统调查。共鉴定病害127份,其中真菌病害77份(60.6%);病毒病害38份(29.9%),多表现为花叶、畸形等症状;植原体病害共5份;寄生份子植物和生理病害分别为1份和6份。其中叶部病害共113份,枝干病害共12份。安宁区病害数量最多(67份),真菌病害占比达62.7%。结果表明,兰州市园林植物病害以真菌病害和病毒病害为主,且叶部病害的发生频率显著高于枝干病害。其中,白粉病、炭疽病、褐斑病、叶斑病等病害在多个区域广泛发生,对园林植物的健康生长构成了严重威胁。本研究为兰州市园林植物病害的系统调查积累了基础数据,并为病害防治提供了理论依据。
To clarify the occurrence patterns of garden plant diseases in Lanzhou,a systematic investigation was conducted in Chengguan District,Anning District,Qilihe Districtand Xigu District from March 2022 to May 2024.A total of 127 diseases were identified,including 77 fungal diseases(60.6%),38 viral diseases(29.9%)that mostly manifested as mosaic and deformity symptoms,5 phytoplasma diseases,1 parasitic seed plant disease,and 6 physiological diseases.Among them,there were 113 leaf diseases and 12 branch diseases.Anning District had the mostdiseases of 67 types,with fungal diseases accounting for 62.7%.The results indicated that fungal and viral diseases were the main types of diseases in garden plants in Lanzhou,and the occurrence frequency of leaf diseases was significantly higher than that of stem and branch diseases.Diseases,such as powdery mildew,anthracnose,brown spot,and leaf spot,were widely spread in multiple districts and posed a serious threat to the healthy growth of garden plants.This study accumulated basic data for the systematic investigation of garden plant diseases in Lanzhou and provided a theoretical basis for disease control.
