氮肥与有机肥配施对干旱胁迫下辽东栎生长指标及生理特性的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen Fertilizer and Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Quercus liaotungensis under Drought Stress

摘要 研究氮肥与有机肥配施对干旱胁迫下辽东栎生长和生理特性的影响,对指导育苗中科学施肥,降低干旱胁迫对苗木生长的危害具有重要意义。试验在盆栽条件下,设置CK(土壤含水量70%~75%FC);干旱胁迫处理(T1);干旱胁迫下施用10 g·株^(-1)尿素+10 g·株^(-1)羊粪(T2);10 g·株^(-1)尿素+20 g·株^(-1)羊粪(T3);18 g·株^(-1)尿素+10 g·株^(-1)羊粪(T4);18 g·株^(-1)尿素+20 g·株^(-1)羊粪(T5)共6个处理,3次重复。结果表明:T1与CK相比显著降低了辽东栎苗木干重和净光合速率,显著提高了SOD活性、POD活性、可溶性糖和淀粉含量;T3与T1相比干重增加了38.60%;6月至9月,T3 SOD活性分别较T1显著提高了30.93%,36.12%,106.33%,26.07%,POD活性分别提高了61.53%,66.68%,57.65%,55.13%,净光合速率分别提高了50.92%,65.93%,76.89%,67.68%,可溶性糖含量分别提高了30.25%,39.56%,36.40%,41.99%,淀粉含量分别提高了21.31%,21.59%,24.80%,19.36%。综合分析认为,T3为干旱胁迫下促进辽东栎苗木生长和改善生理特性的适宜处理。 The study investigated the effects of combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer on the growth and physiological characteristics of Quercus liaotungensis under drought stress,which is of great significance for guiding scientific fertilization in seedling cultivation and reducing the damage of drought stress to seedling growth.The experiment was conducted under potted conditions,with six treatments including CK(soil moisture content 70%-75%FC),drought stress treatment(T1),application of 10 g·plant^(-1) urea+10 g·plant^(-1) sheep manure under drought stress(T2),10g·plant^(-1) urea+20 g·plant^(-1) sheep manure(T3),18g·plant^(-1) urea+10 g·plant^(-1) sheep manure(T4),and 18 g·plant^(-1) urea+20 g·plant^(-1) sheep manure(T5),with three replications.The results showed that,compared with CK,T1 significantly reduced the dry weight and net photosynthetic rate of Quercus liaotungensis seedlings,and significantly increased the activities of SOD and POD,as well as the contents of soluble sugar and starch.The dry weight of T3 increased by 38.60%compared with T1.From June to September and compared with T1,following indices changes significantly:the SOD activity of T3 increased significantly by 30.93%,36.12%,106.33%,and 26.07%respectively;the POD activity increased by 61.53%,66.68%,57.65%,and 55.13%respectively;the net photosynthetic rate increased by 50.92%,65.93%,76.89%,and 67.68%respectively;the soluble sugar content increased by 30.25%,39.56%,36.40%,and 41.99%respectively;the starch content increased by 21.31%,21.59%,24.80%,and 19.36%respectively.Comprehensive analysis suggests that T3 is appropriate to promote the growth and improve physiological characteristics of Quercus liaotungensis seedlings under drought stress.
