摘要
宗教治理工作对于维护社会稳定、促进民族团结、保障国家安全具有至关重要的作用。论文通过分析宗教治理的必要性、宗教治理体系的构成以及宗教团体内部监督机制的价值作用,明确了完善宗教团体内部监督机制对于贯彻党的宗教工作基本方针、做好宗教领域群众工作以及推进我国宗教中国化方向的重要作用。在此基础上,文章构建了一个综合性的理论框架,该框架融合了管理学理论、权力运行与现代博弈学理论以及“因缘果报”理论,并针对当前宗教团体内部监督中存在的权力关系失衡、监督机制不协调等问题,提出了具体的完善路径,包括转变监督观念、优化权力配置、强化制度建设、提升队伍建设等。这些措施旨在推动宗教团体规范运作,增强公信力,维护信教群众的合法权益,促进宗教领域的和谐稳定。
Religious governance plays a vital role in maintaining social stability,promoting national unity,and safeguarding national security.This article analyzes the necessity of religious governance,the composition of the religious governance system,and the value of the internal supervision mechanism of religious organizations,clarifying the important role of improving the internal supervision mechanism of religious organizations in implementing the Party’s basic principles for religious work,doing a good job in the work of the masses in the religious field,and advancing the direction of Sinicization of religion in China.On this basis,the article constructs a comprehensive theoretical framework that integrates management theory,the theory of power operation and modern game theory,and the theory of karma.It also addresses the current problems of power imbalance and coordination of supervision mechanisms in the internal supervision of religious organizations,and proposes specific improvement paths,including changing supervision concepts,optimizing power allocation,strengthening system construction,and improving team building,aiming to promote the standardized operation of religious organizations,enhance credibility,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of religious believers,and promote harmony and stability in the religious field.
