新型建筑门窗锁舌可调结构的设计及气密性提升方法

摘要 传统门窗锁舌因其固定设计无法适应门窗结构变形和安装误差,导致密封失效和漏风问题。本文提出了偏心旋转调节和模块化设计的可调锁舌结构,通过精细的调节机制来改善压紧力的不均匀性,从而增强密封效果。通过采用不同材质的密封条和多层复合密封结构,可以进一步提高气密性。新型建筑门窗锁舌可调结构的创新设计,可以解决现有门窗系统的气密性问题,提高其在长期使用中的稳定性和安全性。 Due to the fixed design of traditional door and window lock tongues,which cannot adapt to the structural deformation and installation errors of doors and windows,sealing failure and air leakage problems occur.This paper proposes an adjustable lock tongue structure with eccentric rotation adjustment and modular design.Through a fine adjustment mechanism,the unevenness of the clamping force is improved,thereby enhancing the sealing effect.By adopting sealing strips of different materials and multi-layer composite sealing structures,the air tightness can be further enhanced.The innovative design of the adjustable structure of the lock tongue for new building doors and windows can solve the air tightness problem of the existing door and window system and improve its stability and safety during long-term use.
