摘要
药房内盒装药品种类繁多,药盒尺寸规格差异较大,储药槽的设计应满足不同药品的存储需求,同时,兼顾空间利用率、加工快捷性和使用便利性等需求。针对1919种不同药盒的尺寸(长、宽、高)数据,通过统计分析,采用最佳适应算法确定储药槽的宽度尺寸类型;建立多目标规划模型确定储药槽的高度尺寸类型,采用等量划分平衡法求解模型,使得结果更贴近实际需求。该方案能够有效提高储药槽的空间利用率,适宜在智慧药房建设中推广使用。
There is a wide variety of boxed medicines in pharmacies,and the dimensional specifications of medicine boxes vary greatly.The design of medicine storage slots should meet the storage needs of different medicines,while taking into account requirements such as space utilization,processing efficiency and ease of use.Based on the dimension(length,width,height)data of 1919 different medicine boxes,through statistical analysis,the First-Fit Algorithm was used to determine the width dimension types of medicine storage slots;a multi-objective programming model was established to determine the height dimension types of medicine storage slots,and the Equal Division Balance Method was adopted to solve the model,making the results more in line with actual needs.This scheme can effectively improve the space utilization of medicine storage slots and is suitable for promotion and application in the construction of smart pharmacies.
