摘要
工资集体协商作为促进和谐劳动构建的协调机制之一,研究的视角并不囿于其对工资的影响作用。基于1995-2023年CNKI数据库、Web of Science核心集数据库以及Scopus数据库中与工资集体协商主题相关的文献,本文利用可视化分析软件Citespace6.3.R1系统梳理了国内和国际上关于工资集体协商的整体发展历程,通过各类可视化图谱分析国内与国际文献的特点、研究主题的变化轨迹以及热点话题的演进态势,为今后探索有价值的研究方向提供指引。研究发现,从时间上看,国内对工资集体协商的研究晚于国外;从内容上看,国内外的研究重点不同,国内更关注以制度平衡劳资双方的关系,国外更注重工资以及公平性等话题。
Collective wage bargaining,as a coordination mechanism that fosters harmonious labor relations,has been studied from perspectives beyond its impact on wages alone.Drawing on literature from 1995–2023 on the CNKI,Web of Science Core Collection,and Scopus databases,this paper employs the visualization tool Citespace 6.3.R1 to sys-tematically analyze domestic and international research on collective wage bargaining.Through visual mapping,the study explores developmental trajectories,thematic evolution,and research hotspots.The findings reveal that domestic re-search started later than international scholarship;while Chinese studies focus more on institutional mechanisms for bal-ancing labor–management relations,international research emphasizes wage levels,fairness,and related issues.This provides valuable guidance for identifying future research directions.
