摘要
目的分析补肾温阳汤对卵巢储备功能低下患者的治疗效果。方法以抽签法将72例卵巢储备功能低下患者分为对照组(36例,西医常规治疗)和治疗组(36例,西医常规治疗+补肾温阳汤治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、激素[抗缪勒管激素(AMH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平、中医证候积分、卵巢功能指标[卵巢间质动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、卵巢窦卵泡数、卵巢体积]。结果与对照组(72.22%)比较,治疗组总有效率(94.44%)更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组的(0.75±0.32)μg/L、(41.78±7.90)ng/L、(8.78±0.75)IU/L、(12.10±2.16)IU/L比较,治疗组的AMH(0.95±0.35)μg/L、E2(50.20±8.95)ng/L、LH(7.16±1.38)IU/L、FSH(9.78±1.24)IU/L更优(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组量少闭经、经期不定、潮热盗汗、性欲低下、神疲乏力、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸痛积分均较对照组优(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后PSV(15.62±1.60)cm/s、卵巢窦卵泡数(7.25±2.21)个、卵巢体积(3.52±0.40)cm3均较对照组的(13.43±1.46)cm/s、(6.11±1.85)个、(3.28±0.23)cm3优(P<0.05)。结论卵巢储备功能低下治疗中应用补肾温阳汤效果良好,利于激素水平、中医证候积分和卵巢功能改善,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Bushen Wenyang Decoction for patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction.Methods A total of 72 patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction were divided into the control group(36 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine)and the treatment group(36 cases,treated with conventional Western medicine+Bushen Wenyang Decoction)using the drawing lots.Comparison was made on clinical efficacy,hormone[anti-Mulerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)]levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and ovarian function indicators[peak systolic velocity(PSV),number of ovarian antral follicles,ovarian volume]between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(72.22%),the total effective rate of the treatment group(94.44%)was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group[(0.75±0.32)μg/L,(41.78±7.90)ng/L,(8.78±0.75)IU/L,and(12.10±2.16)IU/L],the AMH(0.95±0.35)μg/L,E2(50.20±8.95)ng/L,LH(7.16±1.38)IU/L,and FSH(9.78±1.24)IU/L were better in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group showed better scores than the control group in terms of scanty amenorrhea,irregular menstrual periods,hot flashes and night sweats,low libido,fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus,and aching lumbus and knees(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSV(15.62±1.60)cm/s,the number of ovarian antral follicles(7.25±2.21),and the ovarian volume(3.52±0.40)cm3 in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group[(13.43±1.46)cm/s,(6.11±1.85),and(3.28±0.23)cm3](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Bushen Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction has a good effect,which is beneficial for improving hormone levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and ovarian function.It is worth promoting.
