摘要
目的分析肛裂切除术联合内括约肌切开术对肛裂患者的疗效。方法选取118例肛裂患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为参照组和研究组,每组59例。参照组采用肛裂切除术进行治疗,研究组在肛裂切除术基础上联合内括约肌切开术进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、肛门排便功能恢复时间、切口愈合时间、并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(100.00%)与参照组(94.92%)对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组肛门排便功能恢复时间(6.64±1.28)d及切口愈合时间(8.01±2.43)d短于参照组的(9.32±2.07)、(10.57±3.69)d(P<0.05)。研究组肛门溢液发生率3.39%低于参照组的13.56%(P<0.05);两组肛瘘、尿潴留发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肛裂切除术联合内括约肌切开术对肛裂患者具有较好的疗效,能够加速创面愈合、促进肛门功能恢复,并降低并发症发生率,因此,该手术方法值得在临床实践中进一步推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of excision of anal fissure combined with internal sphincterotomy on patients with anal fissure.Methods A total of 118 patients with anal fissure were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,with 59 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with excision of anal fissure,while the study group was treated with excision of anal fissure combined with internal sphincterotomy.The clinical efficacy,recovery time of bowel function,incision healing time and occurrence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the overall response rate between the study group(100.00%)and the reference group(94.92%)(P>0.05).The recovery time of bowel function in the study group was(6.64±1.28)d and the incision healing time was(8.01±2.43)d,which were shorter than those in the reference group[(9.32±2.07)and(10.57±3.69)d](P<0.05).The incidence of anal discharge in the study group was 3.39%,which was lower than 13.56%in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anal fistula and urinary retention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Excision of anal fissure combined with internal sphincterotomy has a good therapeutic effect on patients with anal fissure.It can accelerate wound healing,promote the recovery of anal function,and reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore,this surgical method is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
