基于大数据识别路边站覆盖差异大的方法及应用

摘要 在通信技术向5G迈进的过程中,4G网络的覆盖质量对保障用户体验依旧举足轻重。针对4G网络实际运营中路边站点覆盖差异显著的问题,文章借助大数据展开深入研究。依托MR定位的建筑物级精确覆盖数据,融合多种先进技术构建智能分析工具,实现对路边站点覆盖问题的深度挖掘与精准定位。通过小区经纬度映射、小区方向楼宇汇聚、覆盖差异大识别等方法,确定存在覆盖问题的小区。该方法在系统创新方面表现突出,包括精准定位小区顶点经纬度、利用道路缓冲带确定路边站点、对小区覆盖扇区建筑物进行聚类等。实际应用效果显著,LTE综合覆盖率提升约1.55%,覆盖差异大识别准确率达91%,还形成了自动化分析可移植工具。此研究为4G网络覆盖优化提供了有效方案,同时为5G网络覆盖优化提供了借鉴。 In the process of communication technology advancing towards 5G,the coverage quality of 4G network remains crucial for ensuring user experience.Aiming at the prominent problem of significant coverage differences among roadside sites in the actual operation of 4G network,this paper conducts in-depth research with the help of big data.Relying on the building-level accurate coverage data positioned by MR,and integrating a variety of advanced technologies to build an intelligent analysis tool,it realizes the in-depth exploration and accurate positioning of the coverage problems of roadside sites.Through methods such as cell longitude and latitude mapping,cell-direction building convergence,and identification of large coverage differences,the cells with coverage problems are determined.This method has outstanding performance in system innovation,including accurately positioning the longitude and latitude of cell vertices,using road buffer zones to determine roadside sites,and clustering the buildings in the cell coverage sector.The practical application effect is remarkable.The LTE comprehensive coverage rate has increased by about 1.55%,the accuracy rate of identifying large coverage differences has reached 91%,and a portable automated analysis tool has been formed.This research provides an effective solution for 4G network coverage optimization and also offers reference for 5G network coverage optimization.
