高瓦斯矿井采空区瓦斯积聚规律及治理措施

摘要 以经坊煤矿3-805工作面为研究对象,联合应用空气流量监测技术与气体追踪检测方法,分析了保留沿空巷道及采用Y型通风方式下的采空区气体渗流特征与瓦斯运移特征,综合气体抽采浓度与流量波动数据,提出了相应瓦斯治理措施。研究结果表明,沿空巷道区段的气体渗流现象导致采空区瓦斯释放总量及其扩散范围显著增大,采空区瓦斯释放导致工作面瓦斯浓度增大,气体渗流效应提高了采空区瓦斯控制的工程复杂度,控制气源及应用开流技术,可实现对气体浓度的有效管控目标。 Taking 3-805 working face in Jingfang Coal Mine as the research object,combined air flow monitoring technology with gas tracing detection method,this paper analyzes gas seepage characteristics and gas migration characteristics in goaf under the conditions of retaining gob-side roadways and adopting Y-type ventilation mode.Based on the data of gas drainage concentration and flow fluctuation,the corresponding gas control measures are put forward.The research results show that the gas seepage phenomenon in the gob-side roadway section leads to a significant increase in the total gas release amount and its diffusion range in the goaf,the gas release in the goaf leads to an increase in the gas concentration in the working face,the gas seepage effect increases the engineering complexity of gas control in the goaf,and controlling gas source and applying open flow technology can achieve the effective control of the gas concentration.
