摘要
在相同皮带机驱动下,负载工况变化会导致驱动控制量产生波动,使运输速度呈现非稳态特征。基于此,文章提出煤矿皮带机运输速度智能化调控方法。在煤矿皮带机运输速度线速度与控制响应时间周期的约束下,构建皮带机输送速度的动态窗口,以实现对变工况皮带机速度的精准采样;利用动态窗口内的皮带机速度偏差计算煤矿皮带机驱动量,生成以时间周期为滤波空间的煤矿皮带机驱动控制输出。试验结果表明,设计方法该智能化调控方法下的驱动控制量能在变工况下实现快速收敛,皮带机实际运输速度表现出稳态特征。
Under the same belt conveyor drive,the changes in load condition cause fluctuations in drive control quantity,making the transport velocity present unsteady state characteristic.As a result,this paper puts forward intelligent control method for transport velocity of coal mine belt conveyor.Under the constraints of the linear velocity and control response time cycle of the coal mine belt conveyor's transport velocity,the dynamic window of the belt conveyor's transport velocity is constructed to realize the precise sampling of the belt conveyor's velocity under variable working conditions;the driving quantity of the coal mine belt conveyor is calculated by using the velocity deviation of the belt conveyor in the dynamic window,and the drive control output of the coal mine belt conveyor with time cycle as the filtering space is generated.The test results show that the drive control quantity under the intelligent control method can achieve rapid convergence under variable working conditions,and the actual transport velocity of the belt conveyor shows steady state characteristic.
