摘要
食管癌是全球常见且预后较差的恶性肿瘤,传统治疗手段存在诸多局限性,中医药辅助治疗日益受到重视。六君子汤作为中医经典名方,具有健脾益气、燥湿化痰等功效,近年来在食管癌治疗研究中展现出多方面作用,包括调节免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖与转移、诱导细胞凋亡、干预肿瘤微环境能量代谢及逆转耐药等,但仍需深入研究以明确其活性成分之间及其与机体的作用关系,并加强高质量临床试验研究,为食管癌治疗提供更坚实的理论与临床依据。
Esophageal cancer is a common malignant tumor worldwide with a relatively poor prognosis,and conventional treatments have many limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as an adjuvant therapy has gained increasing attention.Liujunzi decoction,a classic TCM formula,has the effects of strengthening the spleen,replenishing qi,drying dampness,and resolving phlegm.Recent studies in the treatment of esophageal cancer have demonstrated its multifaceted roles,including regulating immunity,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and metastasis,inducing apoptosis,interfering with energy metabolism in the tumor microenvironment,and reversing drug resistance.However,further in-depth research is needed to clarify the interactions among its active components and their effects on the body,as well as to enhance high-quality clinical trials,thereby providing a more solid theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
