摘要
目的探讨环节控制结合精细化管理在肺癌化疗药物安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1至12月在赣州市人民医院参与肺癌化疗药物配置的工作人员共10名。2024年1至6月实施常规药物管理(实施前),自2024年7月实施环节控制结合精细化管理(实施后),实施前、实施后各考察6个月,且实施前、后均为同一批工作人员。另选取实施前、后各320袋肺癌化疗药物。对比实施前、后药物配置效率、差错发生情况、工作人员配药满意度。结果实施后,药物审方时间[(4.05±1.12)min]、配药时间[(1.51±0.59)min]及库存周转时间[(4.36±1.17)d]均短于实施前[(6.13±1.25)min、(2.05±0.64)min、(7.25±1.22)d](P<0.001);与实施前(3.75%)对比,实施后药物差错发生率(0.94%)更低(P<0.05);实施后,工作人员配药满意度评分[(78.76±5.41)分]高于实施前[(63.03±6.11)分](P<0.001)。结论环节控制结合精细化管理应用于肺癌化疗药物安全管理的效果较好,能够提高药物配置效率,减少差错发生,提高工作人员的配药满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of link control combined with refined management in the safety management of chemotherapy drugs for lung cancer.Methods The study selected 10 staff members involved in lung cancer chemotherapy drug preparation at Ganzhou People'Hospital from January to December 2024.Conventional drug management was implemented from January to June 2024,and process control combined with refined management were introduced starting in July 2024.Both pre-implementation(from January to June)and post-implementation(from July to December)phases were examined over six-month periods,with the same group of staff members involved in both phases.Additionally,320 bags of lung cancer chemotherapy drugs were analyzed during each phase.Drug preparation efficiency,error rates,occurrence of errors,and staff satisfaction with medication preparation procedures were compared between the two periods.Results After implementation,the drug prescription review time[(4.05±1.12)min],drug dispensing time[(1.51±0.59)min]and inventory turnover time[(4.36±1.17)d]were all shorter than those before implementation[(6.13±1.25)min,(2.05±0.64)min and(7.25±1.22)d](P<0.001);Compared with that before the implementation(3.75%),the incidence of drug errors was lower after the implementation(0.94%)(P<0.05).After implementation,the satisfaction score of staff dispensing medicine[(78.76±5.41)points]was higher than that before implementation[(63.03±6.11)points](P<0.001).Conclusion The application of link control combined with refined management in the safety management of chemotherapy drugs for lung cancer has a good effect.It can improve the efficiency of drug preparation,reduce the occurrence of errors,and enhance the satisfaction of staff with drug preparation.
