摘要
本文以现代建筑设计大厦北楼整体修缮项目的实践为例,以品质提升为目标,系统总结了该项目在建筑师负责制全流程中的创新探索。文章从策划咨询、项目设计、招采与施工管理、运营维护,分阶段介绍了相关实践与经验;同时,对团队组织架构、监理管理、超低能耗的全过程控制等方面的具体做法进行了归纳,并提出了相应建议。为未来进一步深化建筑师负责制的研究提供有益参考。
This study takes the overall renovation project of the North Building of Modern Architectural Design Building as a case study,and systematically summarizes the innovative explorations throughout the entire process of the Architect Responsibility System,with the goal of quality improvement.It elaborates on relevant practices and lessons learned in phases,covering planning and consulting,project design,tendering&procurement,construction management,and operation&maintenance.Furthermore,it synthesizes specific measures in terms of team organizational structure,supervision management,and full-process control of ultra-low energy consumption,and offers pertinent recommendations.Building upon these practices,the study provides valuable insights for further deepening the research on the architect responsibility system.
