摘要
通过对2000年—2024年CSSCI和北大核心期刊收录的城市更新相关文献进行知识图谱分析,剖析城市更新的研究领域、研究热点、研究历程和前沿主题。研究结果表明,城市更新领域整体发文量呈上升趋势;各作者、机构进行独立研究较为普遍;研究热点为城市更新、深圳、政策、保护、文化产业、公共利益等主题;研究前沿为城市治理、广州、空间治理、深圳、老旧小区等方向。
This study employs knowledge mapping analysis to examine urban renewal-related literature published in CSSCI and Peking University core journals from 2000 to 2024.It investigates the research domains,hotspots,historical development,and cutting-edge topics within the field of urban renewal.The findings reveal a consistent upward trajectory in publication volume related to urban renewal.Furthermore,independent research conducted by various authors and institutions is prevalent.Key research hotspots identified include urban renewal,Shenzhen,policy,protection,cultural industry,and public interest.The forefront of research is concentrated on urban governance,Guangzhou,spatial governance,Shenzhen,and old residential communities.
