摘要
随着全球“双碳”目标的提出,分布式新能源在配电网中的比例逐渐增加,给电力系统的稳定性和经济性带来了新的挑战,提出了一种考虑多类型分布式资源的新能源配电网调控潜力评估方法。首先,基于负荷预测误差处理、风力发电与光伏发电的不确定性,对配电网内的储能系统进行调控建模;其次,构建配电网调控潜力评估的重要指标,形成多维度的调控潜力评估体系;然后,使用层次分析法与熵权法相结合,科学地确定了各评估指标的权重,根据对负荷和新能源出力进行预测并制定调控策略;最后,通过仿真对负荷节点的调控潜力进行评估。结果表明,新能源联合配置可以显著提升配电网的调控能力,对实际调控提供理论指导意义。
With the proposal of the global"double carbon"goal,the proportion of distributed new energy in the distribution network is gradually increasing,which brings new challenges to the stability and economy of the power system.A method for evaluating the regula-tion potential of new energy distribution network considering multi-type distributed resources was proposed.Firstly,based on the han-dling of load forecasting errors and the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic power generation,the energy storage system within the distri-bution network was regulated and modeled;secondly,an important index of distribution network regulation potential evaluation was con-structed,and a multi-dimensional regulation potential evaluation system was formed;then,using the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the weight of each evaluation index was scientifically determined,and the control strategy was formu-lated according to the prediction of load and new energy output;finally,the regulation potential of load nodes was evaluated by simula-tion.The results show that the joint configuration of new energy can significantly improve the regulation ability of distribution network and provide theoretical guidance for actual regulation.
