摘要
随着光伏、储能、充电桩等多类型分布式资源的广泛接入,新能源配电网的安全性、经济性问题面临着诸多挑战,为了提高新能源消纳能力、降低配电网安全运行成本,提出一种考虑多类型分布式资源的新能源配电网优化调度策略。首先,分析动态负荷特性及其对电价信号的响应敏感性,明确新能源配电网内的负荷需求响应目标;其次,结合需求响应目标与光伏、储能、充电桩等多类型分布式资源出力特性,通过动态调节负荷率,构建动态充放电参与的配电网优化调度模型;然后,利用方向镜优化策略对白鲨优化算法和粒子群算法的关键参数进行改进,借助改进后的白鲨—粒子群算法求解该模型;最后,通过在改进IEEE-33节点配电网中进行算例分析,验证了模型的合理性和可行性。
With the wide access of multi-type distributed resources such as photovoltaic,energy storage and charging piles,the security and economy of new energy distribution network are facing many challenges.In order to improve the new energy consumption capacity and reduce the safe operation cost of distribution network,an optimal scheduling strategy of new energy distribution network considering multi-type distributed resources was proposed.Firstly,the dynamic load characteristics and their response sensitivity to electricity price signals were analyzed,and the load demand response target in new energy distribution network was defined.Secondly,combined with the demand response target and the output characteristics of multi-type distributed resources such as photovoltaic,energy storage and char-ging piles,the optimal scheduling model of distribution network with dynamic charge and discharge participation was constructed by dy-namically adjusting the load rate.Then,the key parameters of the SHO and the PSO algorithm were improved by using the direction mir-ror optimization strategy,and the improved SHO-PSO algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the model were verified by an example analysis in the improved IEEE-33 node distribution network.
