摘要
挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)和氮氧化物(NO_(x))的协同共治对环境保护起到至关重要的作用,也是降低PM2.5浓度、实现“空气质量持续改善行动计划”的重要环节,符合绿色可持续发展的新时代生态文明理念。近年来,开发具有同步去除VOCs和NO_(x)的双功能催化剂备受关注。此类催化剂需兼具VOCs催化氧化和NO_(x)选择性催化还原的功能,在设计中多采用双元或多元金属催化剂。Mn基催化剂因其价格低廉、价态丰富且可与多种金属构建氧化还原循环等优点,在VOCs和NO_(x)热催化净化领域中展现出广阔的应用前景而成为研究热点之一。本文综述了Mn基催化剂在VOCs、NO_(x)单独热催化和协同热催化净化中的最新研究进展,介绍了Mn基催化剂的分类、常用的制备方法及其在VOCs和NO_(x)热催化净化中抗中毒的研究成果。最后,对VOCs与NO_(x)协同热催化处理技术中是否添加氨作为还原剂的情况进行了分类讨论,并对该技术未来的发展方向进行了展望,为更好地构建新型高效多污染物协同催化净化体系提供一定的指导意义。
The synergistic co-control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))plays a crucial role in environmental protection,serving as a key step in reducing PM2.5 concentrations and achieving the“Air Quality Continuous Improvement Action Plan”.This aligns with the eco-civilization philosophy of green and sustainable development in the new era.In recent years,the development of bifunctional catalysts capable of simultaneously removing VOCs and NO_(x) has attracted significant attention.Such catalysts must integrate the functions of catalytic oxidation of VOCs and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO_(x),often employing binary or multi-metal catalyst designs in their development.Mn-based catalysts have emerged as a research hotspot in the field of thermal catalytic purification of VOCs and NO_(x) due to their low cost,rich valence states,and ability to form redox cycles with various metals,demonstrating broad application prospects.This review summarizes the latest research progress in Mn-based catalysts for the separate and synergistic thermal catalytic purification of VOCs and NO_(x),introducing their classifications,common preparation methods,and advancements in poisoning resistance for VOC and NO_(x) thermal catalytic purification.Finally,the discussion categorizes scenarios in synergistic thermal catalytic treatment technologies for VOCs and NO_(x) based on whether ammonia is added as a reducing agent,while also providing an outlook on future development directions for this technology.The aim is to offer guidance for constructing novel,highly efficient,multi-pollutant synergistic catalytic purification systems.
